ok, so there's an african market in harlem on 116th street right off of lenox (towards the east side) that would DEFINITELY have these hats. i've walked by it a lot when i lived in east harlem.
if i am aware that this an african hat ??? yes iam ... and then whats your point i dont get it.... if its to say that i need to be african americain to wear this hat ....????like u said its an african hat.... and iam from africa!! just for your knowlegde !!! a place name algeria!!!! look it up!!!AND SINCE WHEN A TYPE A CLOTHES BELONG TO ONLY ONE TYPE OF RACE OR ETNHICITY ??????
