i use to hear "there's nothing like nyc in the summer time!", and i use to think " yeah right! everywhere is perfect in the summer time!" but actually they were right...there's nothing like it ... at least spring time ! since it's not summer yet... i can't explain there's just something about this city..... if you live here then you would know what i'm talking about and if you don't ...come check it out! as of right now i can hear the ice cream truck outside! omg i don't wanna leave this city ...ugh.. anyway.. there's other things i love about ny, such as the graffiti walls like this one in soho.. looked so interesting i had to take pictures CONCRETE JUNGLE WHERE DREAMS ARE MADE OF!
no i'm not jenny from the block !lol but the other day we went to fordham to shop a bit, i didn't take much pictures but theses 2 that i really liked to me it representing BX to the fullest, latin woman selling some goodies!!! i'm telling you have to try them " chichis" or "chouchous" (how ever you want to call them ) the fresh cut up mangos and the ice cone with any flavor syrup you want!!! now that's what i'm calling "SUMMER IN NYC "!!
oh i almost forgot after the "NO LEGGING PARTY" we went to a joint name "kafeteria" in midtown... very good spot by the way! we were chillin untill i saw " lady gaga" come in !!! omg that dude was da shite ! he made my night, i swear ! as you know me i had to take some pix with him!!! he was too adorable!!

few weeks ago i went to a birthday party in the city .... and apparently on the invites it was written:" tie for men and dresses for ladies" and "no leggings allowed!" ????? what the hell? what does that mean anyway ?? i never heard of this before.... i know about" no cap , no tees , no kicks and stuff" but never 'no leggings" like leggings are ghetto or something ??? so anyway i pulled this outfit that i love but with "footless" tights underneath my skirt... long story short ... we reach at the venue and all i see is a bunch of girls dressed alike with "bondage" dresses on la " herve leger" .... so i thought : wow ! how come all the girls are dressed the same? but until we arrived in front on the door i didn't really know what to expect ... but then the lady at the door told me :" you over there , its a no legging party!!.... (like if wearing legging is a bad thing!!!) i didnt know what to say or do , i came with my girls all the way from bk what am i suppose to do ? missy (the lady at the door) suggested that i go to the nearest "duane reade" to buy a pair of sheer tighs or something but she will not let me in with what i have on !! so since it's not my car and i didn't want to messed up everybody's night , i had to do what missy suggested ..ugh.....buy the tights , went to starbucks dirty bathroom to change ,then go back to the venue..... like for real WHO THE HELL KEEPS PARTIES LIKE THAT " no leggings allowed"????? soon we are going to see signs at the door of clubs : NO LEGGING ALLOWED hummm...anyway shitty partay ... i was totally out of it , dresses way to flashy compare to the other girls , bunch of old peoples( not that im young , but come on son !) dressed like pimps anywho ... NO MORE PARTIES WHO'S STATING "NO LEGGINGS" FOR ME!!! i should have known better ...it won't happen again ... b.s. i never heard of before!!
